There is something for everyone in Right Now Media!

Hi TCAL Family,

I just want to take a moment to talk about what I already know is on the forefront of all our minds today and that is the global spread of the covid-19 virus. This is something that is impacting our nations, our regions, our city and I know is impacting your life in a personal way.

I want to remind you of something you know and that is that this did not catch God off guard! He is always in control and working all things together for our good.

We are going to continue to minister to you in this season, no matter how long it may be, as things look a little different.

To honor the guidelines set forth by our local government agencies and the most recent declaration of a national state of emergency by our President to help control the spread of COVID-19, the Elders and I have made the decision to not gather corporately for weekend services and suspend additional ministry events, regardless of size, for the next seven days. (March 13th – 20th)

By next Friday, March 20th, we will re-evaluate and update you as information becomes available. Things are fluid, things are ever-changing, ever-updating, and we will adjust accordingly.

Because of that, ministry will look different for a bit. In order to provide all of us the opportunity to spiritually connect, we will be practicing social distancing. However, this is a great opportunity to gather in your home with your family and worship together as you watch online. Our weekend service will air Sunday, March 15th, at 9am and can be replayed any time after that.

However, this is an opportunity for us to BE THE CHURCH. We say it all the time, right? We don’t GO to church, we ARE the church. Times of crisis present us with the best opportunities for our rescue mission.

We have so much great ministry to do during this season as we believe God for people who are suffering. We also believe God to continue to give us peace, to protect us, and to give us wisdom, SO WE ARE GOING TO USE THAT WISDOM.

2 Timothy 1:7 says God has not given us a spirit of fear, He has given us power, love and sound mind as kingdom leaders.

This is not a time to allow fear to control us, but it is a time to do all we can by faith for the most vulnerable in our church family, our community, and our city.

What a great opportunity this gives us for evangelism.

We are going to continue to be innovative and strategic on new ways to keep us all connected, as we walk in bold faith and share the gospel of Jesus Christ during this National State of Emergency.

We are also mobilizing an unprecedented prayer movement for you, our church family, our nation, and all those affected by this global health emergency.

So as your Pastor, I am asking you to continue giving faithfully and generously. If there is ever a time that we need to be faithful in our financial giving, it is in a season like this. As a matter of fact, I am calling us to a higher level of generosity so that we will be able to quickly respond to the needs in our church family and our community.

If you have questions, be sure to follow our accounts as we are managing this moment by moment but be confident of this, we are going to move the gospel forward and we are going to believe God to use us in this time.
